I got bored so I wanted to see what kind of effect does music have on your everyday life. To me, music defines my personality and moods at times. When i'm depressed, I tend to listen to slow metal. And when i'm pissed off or just in a "I don't fucking care" mood, I go ALL OUT AND HEADBANG BWRRRAAAWWWRR! errhmm. Some of the stuff I listen to alot is Rammstein, Disturbed, KoRn, In Flames, and Dark Tranquillity. Rammstein falls under a totally different subject altogether called "WTF" cuz I don't understand WTF these guys are saying. I listen to music 24/7. In the car, at home while playin games, while I sleep, while watching my favorite por...very educational television shows that are good for the whole family...even at work. So, what's up with you?

"One Of The Few"
when you're one of the few to land on your feet what do you do to make ends meet? teach make them mad, make them sad, make them add two and two make them me, make them you, make them do what you want them to make them laugh, make them cry, make them lie down and die

I am definately music oriented. I am constantly around music, or some sort of background noise. Silence is only good, *smiles* in certain situations where said people don't own a stero/speakers.... enough said. heh. Everyday usually, i come home, turn on the puter, and let the tuneskys roll away! Now being a girl, that makes any music appropirate GO ME! lol. And well, female - multiple moods lol... sometimes i'm stupid excited and i turn on some hip hop/dance music like for example Kayne West "GoldDigger" heh. Other times i love spainish music, guitar, everything really. The other night i went on a Dean Martin, Rat Pack, Franky Sinatra binge - was listening to "Papa loves mambo" non stop, and Italiano Mambo, come fly with me...etc, When i'm pissed off i break out the Penny Wyze, KoRn, Disturbed, Rage ATM, Papa Roach, NIN, LP, Alexisonfire.. oh the list goes on..heh.. and then mellow emo *aww* Recently got hooked on Dallas Green of Alexisonfire - thanks to a pal aka PerVerted Vert who hooked me up with his cd. Death Cab for Cutie, The postal service, Jason Mraz, deftones, damien rice, and a little bit of James Blunt...heh Alright, i think i got my point across... and like you know whatever! ;D

I can't lie......I listen to a lot of pop-punk, alternative, and >gasp< emo. I'm over it. I listen to whatever sounds good to me and has lyrics that I can relate to. I rarely listen to Rap & HipHop anymore and really haven't since I graduated almost 4 years ago. I had a country phase a year or more ago and I'll still listen to it sometimes but not that much anymore.
And I listen to A LOT of music. I own over 300 CDs and of course always listen to it in my car and I have my computer running with music a lot as well. I mean I have a $350 set of Klipsch speakers in my room so yea. It for sure has an impact on my life.

Well if you can't tell from my countless posts in the "what are you listening to" thread that I listen to music a lot then you must be a brain dead fool, haha. Music has a great impact on my life, it has helped me through many different situations in life, there is a song for pretty much every thought and every pain or joy, my music listening depends on my moods of course, if I'm feeling charged up or happy I like to listen to heavy rock, metal or punk. Angry is usually metal, sad is often heavy slow music, emo or lighter music Most often I listen to "modern rock" just straight up rock/alt is my main pick.

I have to say I have had many experiences listening to music. There are times that the musical energy has brought literal tears to my eyes, more than once. Not the kind of tears that are related to a lost love or something, but deep fucking feeling accompanied by incredible musicianship....there definately needs to be an element of musicianship there, that's for sure.... Music is a very emotional experience for me....however that being said, I play more than I passively listen and it is usually when I am more passively listening that I experience the deeper emotions....

I've forged a few long term relationships with kindred spirits that have a deep appreciation for music (there my kind of folks) having two older bros heavy into music with giant record collections one in a band playing 4 to 6 nights a week for 20 plus years one playing for fun since the sixties the fucker has got 2 martins and I've been hopelessly strumming away on various yamaha guitars for 30 years so needless to say music has had a profound effect on my life . And the people I've encountered who absolutely could care less about it don't seem to get alot of other things in life and I still humped them
