Anyone who runs Xfire probably knows that when it starts, it runs in Normal mode. If you want to always run Xfire in LOW mode........Download this Xfire batch file and put it in your main XFire folder. Then go to your shortcut for starting Xfire and link to it. Example >> C:/Xfire/Xfire.bat Download Xfire.bat >>> thefewzone.com/downloads/Xfire.batNow save it to the main Xfire folder.

What exactly is this going to do? Is it for Vista machines? You got a link about it from the Xfire forums?

Yes......sorry I meant LOW Priority. Its a batch file I made for myself. Just thought I'd put it out there for others.............thats it! Works in Vista............Thats what I have, but it should also work for XP.

Cool Filthy! I am stating the following because I use to work for Xfire (Engineering/Development). I would like to state that "it can" cause issues with in-game chat functions or other various things. If you find no issues when gaming then great! You can see one of my old public work profiles on Xfire here: www.xfire.com/profile/xftoolgbI have and use my personal account which you can find here: www.xfire.com/profile/toolgbAdd me if you wish, please fill out a "Personal Message" as I still get tons of invite requests by Xfire fans, Friend Count whores etc! LoL Those listed never fill out the "Personal Message" field and I always Deny the request if it's not filled out.

Only problems i have with xfire is that once in a while with WoW the in-game feature doesnt work. Only seems to be if i have xfire chat windows open when i launch the game, then the in-game feature wont enable. To fix, i just exit game, close windows, then relaunch game. Works fine.

Once Xfire was aquirred by Viacom there were a few things that kind of hit me and I lost interest and wasn't motivated to work there anymore after the acquisition was final. Xfire is doing good to this day and I'm very happy about that! It's a great product and it's free!
Synthetic, you would have to list me more details as to the situation. I never had any issues running XIG when playing wow regardless having chat windows open or not prior to starting wow.
Peace!

its not that big-o-deal to get all into really, not enough to be troubled over. its funny though, cause PuppiesOnAcid_Few has had the same issue. I'm not worried about it though really. ;D

If you are in the clan on Xfire. Select your clan in your friends list, open the info-view pane and click on Guild Page. Then you can give them the link to it. OR you can go to www.xfire.com/clans/, do a search for your clan and they can apply there.
