So my comcast email has been down about 2 hours....I call...just cuz i'm up and drunk....can't login to webmail neither....dood tells me it's a known issue.

tech support wants to reset my password so they can work on it.

My Charter Cable was down for over a week a month ago and when i called them about it they said they didnt know what the problem was. On top of that i still had to pay for the whole time it was down. Asshats!!
