Free virus scan? Not Msft

Ok....so My old version of mcafee is no longer supported. No more updates

I d/l Mfst security essentials...yeah...it threw up all over me when it said I only get 30 more days....we all know why

So....What's my best bet on free antivirus?

I have as many NEW Mcafee licenses from this IP address as I want, but do I want that bloatware?

I haven't tried it but AVG has a free version that gets some pretty damn good reviews.

I run AVGfree on everything but my gamer which has Essentials......It even removes all the goat porn trogens Hada keeps sending me

naaaa Avast is better and has a smaller foot print
in my opinion.
thats if you just want good protection from viruses and not a whole software suite of stuff.
